Limits reset daily at 00:00 UTC. Every response carries X-RateLimit-Limit / -Remaining / -Reset headers so you can verify your quota live. Public endpoints answer with no API key at all; that keyless traffic is throttled per IP and per route, at a threshold we do not publish and may change without notice. A free key does not raise your rate on those endpoints — it gives you the five named symbols on the authenticated endpoints, a daily quota you can read off X-RateLimit-*, and the authenticated endpoint set. Your plan grants access to them, but we are not going to print a checkmark for data we cannot see leaving the box right now: our own tier spec still lists them as not-yet-serving while the indexer is switched on, and those two statements disagree. RPC Node Access sells the connection: your own key against our BSC full node and Avalanche node, batching up to 50 calls, for bots that want to read the chain themselves. RPC keys are separate from your Smart Money API key and from any Node Intelligence add-on — buying one does not grant the others. Request limits above are the ones the RPC service enforces. A blue Refund my payment button sits on your account, billing and dashboard pages from the day you subscribe. Press it within 30 days of your first payment and the money goes back immediately — no form, no email, no reply to wait for. No usage condition either: hammer the API as hard as you like, it doesn’t affect your refund. Cancelling first does not forfeit it. One guarantee per customer; after the 30 days the button stays on the page, explains that the window has closed, and gives you an address to ask a human. If the API returns data that is stale beyond its stated refresh window or
demonstrably wrong, send us the request — endpoint, timestamp, and what
you got back — and that month is free. Not prorated. Free.

and meta.stale, so this is checkable
by you, not just by us.
That any of this makes you money. We ran our own signal through a leakage-free holdout and it showed no durable edge, and we published every study including the failures.
