How the score is built
Score = recency × velocity × (1 + √mentions_30d / 4)
velocity = (mentions in the last 30 days + 1) ÷ (mentions in the prior 30 days + 1)
recency declines linearly to zero across the configured lookback window.
Data and refresh
The endpoint serves api_service/serenity_watchlist.json, produced by the offline watchlist builder from calls.csv and the post archive. The API caches the file for 5 minutes, but the underlying data changes only when that file is regenerated.
